NPC Luncheon with Charles Rangel

New York Representative, Charles Rangel, visited the Press Club on April 17, 2007 to speak on the issue of restoring bipartisanship in a divided Congress. He also discussed issues that his committee, the House Ways and Means Committee, was facing at the time dealing with a split Congress. He focused on members of Congress developing working relationships with those of the opposite parties. During the question and answer session, Rangel also touched on topics such as military spending, trade, and the budget.
