Tickets on sale for Fourth Estate Award dinner honoring Woodward

Tickets are on sale for the Sept. 21 Fourth Estate Award dinner honoring Washington Post investigative reporter and author Bob Woodward.

Through Sept. 14, National Press Club members may buy two tickets (one for themselves, one for a guest) for $125 apiece. Non-member tickets are $200 apiece.

The gala dinner in Woodward's honor will feature roasters and a speech by the honoree, a Pulitzer Prize-winner whose work on the Watergate scandal culminated in the resignation of President Richard M. Nixon.

The dinner and an accompanying silent auction raise money for the NPC’s National Journalism Institute, the Club’s nonprofit arm that provides professional development and training services to the journalism community as well as scholarships for aspiring journalists.

If you are unable to attend but would like to support the Journalism Institute's training programs, you can submit a donation by clicking here. Your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
