Have a Wilde time at Wine Dinner, Nov. 21

Chef and writer Rose Wilde, owner of Red Bread, a "social justice organic kitchen," plans to present her new cookbook, Bread and Roses at a multi-course wine dinner on Tuesday, Nov. 21.

Wilde’s debut cookbook “Bread and Roses” was released on Oct. 24 and is a comprehensive guide to choosing ingredients with an impact beyond the plate, resulting in delicious results. Wilde’s recipes are inspired by her global travels and include more than 100 unique bakes.

Red Bread, located in Los Angeles, offers farm-to-table food from sustainable organic farms. Since 2011, its commitment to social justice has provided over 74,000 meals through the Los Angeles Food Bank and bake sales with Gather for Good and Bakers Against Racism.

Dishes will highlight ingredients from Europe, the Americas, Western Asia and North Africa.
