Former Fox News personalities discuss sexual harassment legislation on Tuesday, March 29

Former Fox News personalities Gretchen Carlson and Julie Roginsky will discuss landmark sexual harassment legislation at an in-person Headliner Newsmaker at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 29, in the Holeman Lounge.

Both Carlson and Roginsky filed sexual harassment and retaliation suits against Fox News and its founder and CEO, Roger Ailes,. They ultimately settled their lawsuits and Ailes resigned under fire.

The two women founded the advocacy group Lift Our Voices to push for legislation sponsored by U.S. Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y., and Rep. Cheri Bustos, D-Ill. Their bill was signed into law by President Joe Biden on March 3.
