The coronavirus is in its third year, yet two subvariants are becoming more prominent in the U.S., and some health experts think there could be a surge in cases this fall. Washington, D.C. Ward 2 councilmember Brooke Pinto has ideas on how to help businesses that have suffered as a result of  COVID-19.
