Panel to brief reporters on 25th Amendment, impeachment and law around Mueller investigation, Nov. 15

A group of top constitutional scholars, including a former White House counsel and a Watergate prosecutor, will brief reporters on the legal issues tied to special counsel Robert Mueller's ongoing probe at a National Press Club Headliners panel at 10 a.m. Nov. 15 in the Bloomberg Room.

Democratic takeover of either house of Congress will intensify the scrutiny around President Trump. Panelists will consider questions including:

What would Democrats do with subpoena power if they win the House, the Senate or both?
Will the Democrats attempt to impeach the president?
Can a sitting president be indicted?
And would his cabinet attempt to remove him from office if his erratic behavior continues?
