May 21 will be a meat-lover's dream at the National Press Club's Fourth Estate restaurant.

The meal will feature beef-focused hors d'oeuvres including beef satay and flatiron steak. Four beef-themed courses include a soup, a grilled Certified Angus Hanger steak salad, a surf and turf course and the as a main dish, the King of Beef: a certified Angus Prime Rib.

Each course will be paired with an appropriate wine from Rodney Strong, a renowned Sonoma County winemaker whose bold reds are the perfect match for great beef.
