Fox News Channel's Bret Baier to discuss new book at NPC Headliners event

Fox News Channel anchor Bret Baier plans to discuss his book “Three Days in Moscow: Ronald Reagan and the Fall of the Soviet Empire” at a National Press Club Headliners event at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 29.

Tickets are $5 for Club members and $10 for nonmembers. This event is a fundraiser for the National Press Club Journalism Institute. No outside books or memorabilia will be permitted.

Bret Baier is the host of "Special Report"on the Fox News Channel. He formerly served as the Atlanta bureau chief and White House correspondent for Fox News.

“Three Days in Moscow “examines the May 1988 summit in Moscow between President Ronald Reagan and Soviet General Secretary Mikhail Gorbachev. This was the fourth meeting between the two leaders as they attempted to decrease the nuclear threat. Reagan also gave a speech at Moscow State University where he spoke about human rights, the first time a U.S. president had spoken about human rights on Russian soil.
