What: Why are Palestinian plaintiffs seeking to declare Bibi Netanyahu to be a war criminal? What role did he play in the establishment of an apartheid regime in the OPT?

Topic: Palestinian nationals, Palestinian Americans, and ordinary American citizens have filed suit against Prime Minister Netanyahu and President Trump for denationalizing the Palestinian civilian population in the occupied territories. They seek a ruling in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia that Defendant Netanyahu is a war criminal.
President Trump's son-in-law, Jared Kushner, is also named in the lawsuit. Palestinian Americans who own property in the occupied territory are asking the Court to stop the land transfer component of Kushner's "Peace Plan" and refer the matter to the UN General Assembly.
Attorney Martin McMahon will be speaking and answering questions pertaining to the case.
