Even if you are part of the communication and news industries, it can sometimes be difficult to keep up with the latest insights into effective social media writing. Do you know what goes into making an effective tweet?

National Press Club member Tudor Mihailescu will provide the key rules to writing impactful tweets and concrete ways to boost your organization’s social media presence in a "virtual conversation” on Wednesday, Sept. 2, from 12-1 p.m. EDT. Registration is free and available to Club members only.

Mihailescu is CEO and co-founder of SpeechifAI Inc., which is developing an AI-powered speechwriter for social media posts. The young tech company is on a mission to give people a social media voice. Since its launch last summer, SpeechifAI has enabled users from 180 countries to create close to 100,000 social media posts on all major social networks.

SpeechifAI has analyzed over 400,000 tweets from members of Congress and major brands to find out what makes a tweet more likely to be shared or liked. Mihailescu will share some of these findings during his presentation, which is hosted by the NPC’s Communicators Team.
