Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty
Secretary Pena talked about the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty and maintaining the security of the nation's nuclear stockpile. The treaty was completed in late 1996 and signed by 148 nations with eight ratifying it. Following his prepared remarks, Secretary Pena answered questions from the audience.
