The Vice President of the Republic of Colombia, Angelino Garzon, will discuss human & workers' rights in Colombia & the priority of these issues in the administration of President Juan Manuel Santos.
On his first visit to Washington, Mr. Garzon is also scheduled to meet with members of the Obama administration, Congress, labor organizations and NGOs to discuss these issues.
