Weapons of Mass Destruction
Secretary Cohen spoke about Iraqi weapons inspections and Department of Defense initiatives to prepare for chemical and biological weapon attacks in the United States. He said that the true test of Iraqi compliance with the recently concluded agreement between it and the U.N. will be its production of hard evidence that it has destroyed all its chemical, biological and nuclear weapons.
