The National Press Club celebrates Oktoberfest in the Reliable Source tonight with a buffet starting at 5:30 p.m. The Oktoberfest dinner, which is open to Club members and their guests, features Oktoberfest beers and authentic German foods served buffet-style. Join us for a tour of the Club’s Broadcast Operations Center (BOC) at 4 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13. Randy Hall, NPC's Director of Facilities and Media, will provide the tour. You will go behind-the-scenes of the magic that the BOC staff performs for Club events as well as satellite media tours, media training, webcasting, and TV and video production. The facility features two studios, two post-production suites and transmission services via satellite, fiber or IP.
