General Membership Meeting

The National Press Club will hold a general membership meeting for all Club members on Friday, October 18 at 5:30 p.m. in the Conference Rooms. There will not be a livestream, so please plan accordingly to attend in-person. Each attendee will be provided a complimentary drink ticket to be enjoyed with tasty hors d'oeuvres in the Truman Lounge immediately following the meeting. Volunteers sought for Club's Member Author Group
The Member Author Group is here to assist Club members promote their books and needs volunteers to help out. The group is looking for members attend monthly meetings and participate in the give-and-take of selecting books and offering ideas for presentations. Once an event has been chosen, a member of the group volunteers to act as liaison with Club staff to arrange the date and time. That person then works with the author to write a notice in the Wire and introduces the author at the event.
