The National Press Club will join the Sunlight Foundation and open government advocates for a Sunshine Week event on Wednesday, March 14th from 6-8pm. Come join the National Press Club, Openthegovernment.org, Online News Association, ASNE, POPVOX, ProPublica, Public Campaign, Public Citizen, Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press, Sunlight Foundation and United Republic to discuss issues surrounding transparency in government and find out the latest from those working on and committed to open government. This is a free event but registration is required. There will be a cash bar.

Conflict Zone Photography Exhibit Reception
Please join us for a reception and view the groundbreaking war photography exhibit, "Conflict Zone," which supports injured journalists, photojournalists, and troops. The reception will be held at the National Press Club on Thursday, Aug. 25, 6-8 p.m., in the First Amendment Lounge. All are welcome.
