Press Club welcomes new members to get acquainted with facilities, other members at reception on Feb. 12
New members of the National Press Club are invited to a reception on Thursday, Feb. 12, at 6 p.m. in the First Amendment Lounge.
Also, individuals who have signed up for a recently offered free three-month guest membership pass are invited to attend our New Member Reception. These are offered to journalists recently laid off from their jobs. Register here.
This gathering is a great way to meet other new members, Club leaders, and the team of professionals who assist members. It's also an opportunity to learn about what the Club has to offer and ways it can support members.
At the event, Club leaders and staff plan to offer guided tours to help new members get acquainted with the many spaces that are available, such as the members-only Reliable Source Bar & Grill and fitness facility, and discuss ways in which members can get involved. Attendees enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks.
New members are welcome to bring a friend who is interested in joining the Club.
