U.S. Immigration Policy
Commissioner Ziglar talked about the Immigration and Naturalization Service and described a restructuring plan he has proposed to the Senate Appropriations Committee. He also explained last week's incident in which copies of two student visas were sent to Huffman Aviation in Florida for terrorists who died in September 11 highjackings. He answered questions from members of the audience.
