U.S. Energy Policy
Mr. Coughlin spoke to a luncheon audience on the National Energy Act, policies enacted in 1992 to encourage greater domestic energy production, increased use of alternative fuels, and reform of the nation's electric industry. He responded to questions from reporters following his prepared remarks. He also discussed the potential health risks from exposure to magnetic fields.
