Update on House Races
Representatives Lowey and Davis spoke about the outlook for the 2002 midterm elections and the future of control of the House of Representatives. Among the topics they addressed were recent changes in election procedures, campaign financing and spending, the state of the economy, and predictions by polling agencies.
