The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts hosts a Seventh Street Playhouse production of The Tragedy of King Saul by National Press Club member Anthony E. Gallo on Saturday, Sept. 2, at 11 a.m. in the Russian Lounge. This two-act play examines the life of Israel's first monarch, King Saul, who was chosen by God but lost divine favor. The National Press Club 2017 members' photography exhibit begins Thursday, Aug. 31. The 18th annual show put on by Club's Photography Team continues in the Club's main lobby through Sept. 29.
