Club to mark 8th year of journalist Austin Tice's captivity with "freedom clock," Aug. 14
The National Press Club will mark the anniversary of the abduction and detention of Award-winning journalist and Marine veteran Austin Tice on Friday, Aug, 14, with the launch of a Freedom Clock that will display a dynamic record of Tice's captivity in Syria. The commemoration will be held at the staircase in the Club's lobby at noon on Aug. 14.
