Mr. Earnhardt talked about his career in the NASCAR auto racing circuit and his recent win at the Daytona 500, considered the premier event in NASCAR racing. Mr. Earnhardt had never won the race during his long career and talked about ending his losing streak there. Following his prepared remarks, Mr. Earnhardt answered questions from the audience.

Last month, the Administration and Congress released a redacted version of the missing 28 pages from the Congressional Joint Inquiry into the 9/11 attacks. These formerly classified documents reinforce the belief that the 19 hijackers—most of whom spoke little English, had limited education and had never before visited the United States—did not act alone in perpetrating the sophisticated 9/11 plot.
