NPC's Photography Team will hear how chefs create cuisine to be more visually interesting and attractive in the group's next meeting on Wednesday, July 24 at 12 noon in the Cosgrove Lounge. Patrizio Sacchetto, the Club's culinary developer, will discuss how chefs weigh factors such as ingredients, cooking techniques, and presentation to enhance the visual appeal of their creations. In addition, NPC's kitchen will prepare and display sample dishes for participants to shoot before beginning the conversation. Kick your holiday spirit into full blast! Come enjoy the National Press Club's Children's Holiday Party and Toy Drive. Bring the whole family out on Saturday, December 17th from 11am to 2pm. You can expect kid-friendly hors d'oeuvres, music, activities, a holiday magic show, and Yes, Santa will be there taking holiday photos! Tickets are $15 per person. The Books & Brunch group will meet virtually at noon, Saturday, July 20, to discuss "Age of Acrimony: How Americans Fought To Fix Their Democracy" by Jon Grinspan.
