Reduce stress, boost wellness; join moving meditation classes starting Jan. 31
The National Press Club's Journalism Institute will launch monthly classes, featuring gentle movement and breathing exercises aimed at reducing tension in the body, relaxing the mind, and encouraging connection with fellow hard-working journalists, beginning on Wednesday, Jan. 31. The monthly classes will be led by the Institute's Bara Vaida, 500-hour, Yoga Alliance-certified yoga instructor, with specialized training in meditation, stress-reduction, and therapeutics.
