Tony Horton, international fitness trainer and author, will once again serve as the celebrity race marshal for the 16th annual "Beat the Deadline" NPC 5K on Sept. 7. Rules and regulations emanating from Washington are choking America's potential entrepreneurs, Carly Fiorina, former chairman of Hewlett Packard, said at a July 1 National Press Club luncheon.
