Award-winning journalists Bill and Willie Geist plan to share stories of their funny and heartwarming father-son relationship at a National Press Club Book Rap on June 5 at 2 p.m. in the Ballroom. The Voter Empowerment Action Project (VEAP) plans to unveil Voter Connect, a program to connect voters in blue states with voters in red states — one day before the North Carolina primaries, at a National Press Club Newsmakers event on May 5 at 10 a.m. in the NPC's Zenger Room.
