Author David will discuss book on forgotten genocide Monday, April 14
The Book and Author Committee will feature Joe David’s latest book, "The Infidels," a moving story about a forgotten genocide, Monday, April 14, at 6:30 p.m., in the Conference Rooms. Although the story takes place over 100 years ago, the subject is contemporary, and it will provide the background needed to understand what is happening today in the Middle East. Professor Hannibal Travis, who teaches at Florida International University of Law, will join David. He will explore the question: Does the Genocide Convention protect all nations from genocide?
