John DiMaggio to premiere voice acting documentary at NPC, Nov. 8
The National Press Club will host the East Coast premiere of the voice acting documentary, "I Know That Voice" on Friday, Nov. 8, at 6 p.m. in the National Press Club's conference rooms. The film’s executive producer, Annie award-winning and Emmy-nominated voice actor John DiMaggio, will introduce the film and answer questions after the screening, followed by a meet-and-greet and signing. Club to screen "Long Island Railroad Massacre" Nov. 6
Join The National Press Club for a preview screening of “Long Island Railroad Massacre” at 7 p.m. Nov. 6 in the Holeman Lounge. Reserve your seat by registering here. On Dec. 7th, 1993, Colin Ferguson boarded a Long Island commuter train and began to shoot passengers, killing six people and wounding 19 others. As the 20-year anniversary of the event approaches, the film brings to light issues in gun control and mental illness that still resonate today. Director Charlie Minn and Associate Producer Ken Molestina, a Club member, will answer questions about the film following the screening.
