The Fourth Estate, which features great New American cooking, is located on the 13th floor of the National Press Building, the main floor of the club, and is open for public.
The Reliable Source Bar and Grill is open to NPC members and their guests and is on the 14th floor of the building

It all began on a cold, blustery February day in 1908 when a one-legged reporter for the old Washington Times by the name of Graham Nichol crossed 14th Street on crutches and met a colleague, James Hay.
