Silimeo named executive vice president of PR firm
Communicator member Debra Silimeo has been named executive vice president of Hager Sharp,a public relations firm specializing in health, education, and safety messages. Silimeo, named "PR Woman of the Year” in 2010 by Washington Women in Public Relation, has worked with the firm 10 years. Reporters for The Washington Post and The Virginian-Pilot are this year's winners of the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Foundation journalism awards to be presented at an NPC Luncheon Monday, June 4.
