The National Press Club Journalism Institute will host a panel discussion on how the U.S. Freedom of Information Act is being applied and how it can be improved at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 16. United Nations executive elevates women through sustainable development efforts
The United Nations hopes to promote equality for women while improving development around the world, an organization executive said at a Feb. 23 National Press Club Newsmaker event. Hume Award honors young political reporters
Up-and-coming political reporters should enter their best work from 2015 in the competition for the Sandy Hume Memorial Award for Excellence in Political Journalism. This award honors excellence and objectivity in political coverage by reporters 34 years old or younger.
