Two events are scheduled so far that you'll want to mark on your calendar: Thursday, Sept. 10 -- Show off your trivia knowledge at the NPC Pub Quiz at 7:30 p.m. in the Truman Lounge. Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum will speak at a National Press Club event sponsored by the NPC Speakers Committee on Thursday, Aug. 20. The event will begin at 11 a.m. Santorum a former U.S. senator from Pennsylvania, is one of 17 Republicans seeking their party's 2016 nomination. Future of Kennedy Center for Performing Arts
Mr. Wolfensohn became chairman of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts on March 23, when the former chairman was asked to resign by the Board of Trustees.
