Watch March Madness with special finger food plates in the Reliable Source
The Reliable Source will broadcast all weekday March Madness games from March 13 to April 2. We will offer a selection of finger food, reasonably priced and perfect for experiencing the joy of success and the agony of defeat. Choices will include jalapeno poppers, fried mozzarella sticks, pigs in the blanket (pastry wrapped hot dogs) and fried mac'n cheese balls. All plates will be $8.50 so you can mix and match and be as rowdy as you like. Victory craft beer will be on sale for $4/glass.

The magicians are coming April 16
Back by popular demand, five magicians from the Society of American Magicians Assembly 23 will perform family-friendly magic in the National Press Club conference rooms starting at 7 p.m., Monday, April 16. Another magician will do walk-around magic in the Reliable Source for diners who want to get a bite before the show. National Press Club members and guests can get brunch and a professional head shot between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Saturday, April 14. In a news cycle driven by social media, having a professional head shot is more important than ever for reporters and communicators. Maritime archaeologist Tane Casserley plans to present "World War II on America's Doorstep: U-Boats off the Mid-Atlantic Coast" at an American Legion Post 20 luncheon meeting Wednesday, March 28, at noon in the Reliable Source's McClendon Room.The presentation is open to all National Press Club members.
