National Press Club Photo Team member Janet Philips will speak to a team luncheon Wednesday, Nov. 15, at noon in the McClendon Room. Phillips, who recently retired after nearly 30 years as photo archivist at the White House, will speak about her personal experiences serving under six Presidents, from Ronald Reagan through Donald Trump.
