The National Press Club announced that Wednesday night dinner service will return to the Reliable Source on Wednesday, March 1 at 5:30 p.m, with a special Spanish Tapas dinner. Wednesday night dinner service joins weekday lunch service, which is available Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Thursday and Friday night dinner service from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday night is also Taco Night at the Reliable Source. NPC Scholarship Team seeks volunteers to judge top applicants for journalism scholarships
The National Press Club Scholarship Team is seeking volunteers in March to help judge applications for the first round of 2023 NPC scholarships. Judging will be conducted virtually via Zoom over a two-hour period in early March. Participants will have the chance to review application materials the week prior to the first meeting. The Reliable Source, the Club’s longtime hub of fellowship and good food and drink, invites members and their guests to a Tapas Night buffet on Wednesday, March 1, starting at 5:30 p.m. The buffet will feature a wide variety of tapas, salads and desserts, as well as a spectacular paella with shrimp, chicken and chorizo. Join Club Photography Team for presentation on documenting elections, March 1
Discover how photojournalist Sue Dorfman created a comprehensive visual chronicle of the 2020, 2021, and 2022 U.S. election cycles at the National Press Club's Photography Team's next meeting on Wednesday, March 1 at noon in the Reliable Source's Cosgrove Lounge.
