The Reliable Source is back in service for members and guests Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Friday evening for dinner and Taco Night starting at 5:30 p.m. That's not all. Check out the parking, rooms for groups and, if you can't make it, consider take-out: Free parking with purchase of food and beverage after 5 p.m. on Fridays at One Parking, 1325 G Street NW. Reliable Source resumes Thursday evening service tonight, with weekday lunch, Friday dinner and Taco Night going strong
The Reliable Source restaurant on the 14th floor of the National Press Club will resume Thursday evening service for food and drink on May 19. The bar will remain open after lunch service on Thursdays, through dinner service that begins at 4:30 p.m. and ends at 8 p.m., when the kitchen closes for the night. This marks another step toward returning to normal operating hours. The National Press Club's next General Membership Meeting is scheduled for noon on Friday, May 20. Registration is required. The meeting will be held in-person in the Fourth Estate restaurant. Another step to Club's normalcy: Library reopens today
The Eric Friedheim National Journalism Library reopens today, Wednesday, June 1, for members of the National Press Club and their guests as the Club seeks to return to normal operations. The doors will be unlocked when the Club is open. The library can be used for freelance work and research on the available computers. Members who visit the library will soon have full access to the Bloomberg terminal and other databases and materials available in the library.
