WWII resistance fighter plans to speak Feb. 10 at NPC American Legion Post 20 meeting
Julian Kulski, a noted American architect who as a teenager fought in the Polish uprising in World War II, plans to recount his incredible story and discuss lessons learned in resisting tyranny at a meeting of NPC American Legion Post 20 on Wednesday, Feb. 10 at noon in the NPC's McClendon Room. Did you know that every year National Press Club members receive two complimentary 10-day guest passes? They are perfect to give to your colleagues who are interested in joining the Club or to visiting family and friends. Law invites members to see performance by award-winning actress on February 3
National Press Club member Janice Law invites other NPC members to a performance by Obie Award-winning actress Brenda Currin at noon on Wednesday, Feb. 3 in the McClendon Room. The event is free and open to the public. No reservations are necessary. Currin plans to perform dramatic portions of her one-woman show about Pulitzer-Prize writer Eudora Welty.
