The National Press Club’s annual January general membership meeting will be held Friday, Jan. 11, at noon. Please join us as Club President Andrea Edney passes the gavel to President-elect Alison Fitzgerald Kodjak. Lunch will be served. The meeting will be livestreamed through the Club’s website for members unable to attend in person.

The National Press Club Young Members Team has invited CNN Washington Bureau Chief and Senior Vice President Sam Feist to be the next “Cocktails with Champions” speaker on Thursday, Jan. 24, at 6:30 p.m. This is subject to change depending on when the State of the Union might get scheduled. NPC's Reliable Source announces January events
The National Press Club's Reliable Source is planning the following events in January: Thursday, January 3: NPC Members Monthly Happy Hour 5-8 p.m. in the Truman Lounge Thursday, January 10: NPC Pub Quiz 7 p.m. in the Truman Lounge Thursday January 24: Jazz and Dinner with well-known musician Renée Tannenbaum, a professional jazz singer who regularly performs at Blues Alley, The Smithsonian, Cafe Lepic, Mr. Henry’s, and other clubs and restaurants around town. She just completed a tour in Europe where she performed in Prague and Rome.
