So as to not conflict with the presidential debate scheduled for the original night, the National Press Club’s Book & Author Committee has rescheduled the Book Rap featuring Gary Vikan and his memoir Sacred and Stolen: Confessions of a Museum Director to Tuesday, Sept. 27 at 6:30 p.m. in the NPC’s Conference Rooms. Summer vacation for the Fourth Estate restaurant: Aug. 22 to Sept. 6; Reliable Source open
The National Press Club's Fourth Estate Restaurant will be closed for two weeks beginning Monday, Aug. 22. It will reopen for regular dining hours beginning Tuesday, Sep 6. But for National Press Club fans of the restaurant, all is not lost. Club members can still enjoy lunch and dinner in the Reliable Source restaurant on the 14th floor.
