Refugee Children
Angelina Jolie, Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Refugee Agency, spoke about the more than 5,000 children who arrive in the United States each year unaccompanied by adults. These children, many victims of human trafficking, persecution, and other abuse, were alone in their attempts to navigate the complex refugee and immigration court system.
