Peace Corps Operations
Mr. Vasquez spoke on the anniversary of President Kennedy's speech announcing the formation of the Peace Corps. Mr. Vasquez became director of the organization in 2002. The Peace Corps currently oversees more than 7,500 volunteers who serve in 71 different countries.
