Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake will discuss the U.S. Conference of Mayors' Baltimore Compact -- an agenda that mayors want to put before the 2016 presidential candidates -- at a National Press Club luncheon Oct. 7. Rawlings-Blake, whose city was hit by riots following the death of Freddie Gray in April, will appear shortly after the conference's leadership meeting, at which time they will develop the agenda.
