The National Press Club’s Silver Owls return for their Fall Hoot at noon Saturday, Nov. 15, with an insider’s account of a book in progress by author and reporter John Aloysius (“Jack”) Farrell. He is at work on a new biography of President Richard M. Nixon. Farrell, formerly a reporter, correspondent and editor for the Boston Globe, is the author of two critically acclaimed previous biographies of House Speaker Thomas P.
