The National Press Club will celebrate the inauguration of 104th NPC President Mark Hamrick at a black tie optional gala on Saturday, January 29, 2011. Members of the Press Club and D.C.’s journalism community will gather for “We’re Not in Kansas Anymore,” an evening of fine cuisine, entertainment and perspectives on Hamrick’s Middle American roots by legendary broadcaster and fellow former Kansan Bill Kurtis. National Press Club Freedom of the Press Awards
The National Press Club will honor its 2010 John Aubuchon Freedom of the Press Award winners at a special event on Nov. 15 in the Holeman Lounge.
