Deborah Hersman, the outgoing chairman of the National Transportation Safety Board, will give her farewell address at a National Press Club Speakers Breakfast. Hersman will speak on Monday April 21. Hersman is stepping down during her third term as NTSB chairman to lead the National Safety Council. The safety board is helping probe the disappearance of a Malaysian Air plane.
