Gen. Paul Nakasone, head of the National Security Agency and the U.S. Cyber Command, will speak at a National Press Club Headliners luncheon on Sept. 28. Veterans Affairs Secretary Denis McDonough will speak at a National Press Club Headliners Luncheon on Monday, Nov. 6. McDonough will deliver an update on the state of America’s veterans and their families, and the implementation of the PACT Act, which expands medical benefits to veterans exposed to toxins from burn pits on military bases.
