Deborah Lee James, the 23rd secretary of the Air Force, will speak at a National Press Club luncheon on Dec. 2. James will speak about budget cuts, sexual assaults and other issues facing the Air Force The Press Cub luncheon begins at 12:30 p.m. James’ talk will begin at 1 p.m.., followed by a question-and-answer session that ends at 2 p.m. The cost of luncheon admission is $23 for NPC members and $37 for non-members.
