Yoga Class with the NPC Events Team
Join National Press Club member and journalist Bara Vaida for a free, stress-relieving yoga class on Tuesday April 24. Bara first began practicing yoga 20 years ago as a way to manage the pressure of daily deadlines while covering Congress for National Journal. She recently took her yoga practice to the next level by entering a 200-hour teacher-training program at Tranquil Space in Dupont Circle.
