The National Press Club will celebrate the best in broadcast and print stories from breaking news and Washington regional reporting to humor, political journalism and many other categories at the 49th Annual Journalism Awards Dinner. A special presentation of the President's Award will honor the late Al Jazeera journalist Shireen Abu Akleh. Please join us at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, August 31st starting with a reception in the Holeman Lounge followed at 7 p.m. with dinner and program in the ballroom. This event is business attire.
